Are you a healthcare provider?
Access to timely medical care depends on more than the availability of treatment. Patients also need reliable referral systems, transport, coordination between healthcare providers, and practical support throughout their treatment.
Our organisation works to strengthen healthcare access by building systems that connect patients, medical professionals, and health facilities across Uganda. We have developed a patient transportation network to help people reach medical facilities and a national medical database that connects healthcare providers, independent doctors, and nurses who can refer urgent cases requiring additional support.
Through this network, healthcare professionals can identify patients inurgent need and refer them directly to our team. Each referral is carefully reviewed to assess the medical urgency of the case, the circumstances of the patient, and eligibility for the coverage of urgent medical expenses.
Our priority is to support children with serious medical needs, refugees, oncology patients, elderly people, and low-income families who are unable to meet the cost of urgent treatment or medical procedures.
Our support continues throughout the treatment process. For patients receiving hospital care, our Meals for Patients programme provides meals during hospitalisation, helping patients and their caregivers maintain adequate nutrition while treatment is ongoing.
By working directly with healthcare providers and communities, we aim to create a stronger link between people in need and the medical services available to them. This approach allows urgent cases to be identified earlier, referred efficiently, and supported through a coordinated system of medical, transport, and practical assistance.

Clinical Partnerships
Clinical partnerships are essential to strengthening access to timely and appropriate care. By working with hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare providers, we help connect patients with the services they need, improve coordination across the health system, and support the early identification and referral of urgent cases.
Through coordinated clinical cooperation, we help reduce barriers to care, improve continuity of treatment, strengthen referral pathways, and contribute to better health outcomes and the protection of lives.
